No matter how hard I try, I’ll always be the odd one out

The society judges me by its skewed standards and I don’t fit

Conformation is not my aim nor my desire in life

Being like everyone else never held any appeal for me

I like being different, I like my individuality

If I am a square peg in a round hole, I am rather proud of it

They call me a misfit, and aim to hurt or provoke me

They don’t know that I crave this title, am absolutely good with it
