She carefully walked down the stairs, into the lawn, and foraged around to find a particular type of blade of grass.
I was infuriated to watch her eat that.
“Don’t we feed you enough?”
She was astounded for a moment, but came back in my arms in her usual, forgiving manner.
The stomach upset she was suffering from was cured in a day.
Inherent animal wisdom was a revelation. My four-legged, furry baby opened up so many new worlds for me.


Beautiful little story . They let you use ‘it’ in English for animals but the story would have changed completely had you decided to do it.

Fur babies are intelligent and use intuition. The best part is they just love us and put up with our moods and silliness.
