breathing in, breathing out, just moving on thoughts expanding -from rivulets to sea can't remember what I stumbled upon meeting all, parting with some on the way listening to all, but my heartbeats' sound I worshipped the ocean, remained a bay all the songs I sung came just from a word maybe a syllable, or a deep breath then it found a blue sky, flew like a bird I persisted, found a figure of speech but married to music, it did not rest consciousness touched expanded to a beach Was it only words, or the voice that sung the spirit before it escaped my lips? neither my humble heart knows, nor the tongue I accept limitations, and withdraw universe is larger than what I thought immortality comes from what you saw

You have to accept the vastness of universe i think

your poem is an intriguing and ethereal rendition – I like the lightness of touch you gave it and the full use of the rhyme sets. Love this:
“Was it only words, or the voice that sung
the spirit before it escaped my lips?”
and thank you for joining in with this prompt

I love this – the striving, the acceptance. Nature is bigger than all of us, but we still need to create.

We’ve no control on where it goes, and how is it consumed. Thank you, Sarah!
