The tall pines on the hill poked at the clouds.
In a short while, trees separated from their alma mater Earth, and were lying uprooted on the ground. The fury of Cyclone Fani wreaked havoc, as it avenged years of abuse by earthlings. Nobody knew what angst was being nursed inside the elements, and when did the pines sign a pact with the clouds. Nobody knew the secrets concealed in the depths of Ocean’s psyche, and its ability to hatch a plan.
The consequences of ignorance or careless neglect are there for all to see.
