Frameworks

We are given a framework of life in the years of growing up – it outlines history, expectations, dreams. Then we move back and forth to find a comfortable slot to rest our feet.

We rationalize our actions by correlating it with one of the pieces in the framework. We blame someone else for being outside the frame.

Why don’t we realize that all we need to live is jump out of the framework?

reliving the past

awaiting the next moment

wasting it again

  1. I am late to get around reading the haibuns Reena, but I really like what you’ve written! We are human. If we find ourself off point, blaming someone else can happen – problem is, there is no learning in that tactic.
