Negating carefully built reputations
Letting loose an unstoppable wave of rebellion
Optimism overtakes with a deep sigh carrying untold pain
Celebrating the moment of liberation from shame and disgust
Knowing well it will bring down careers to dust
Only a change in culture will vindicate their stand, and unlock true potential of those who cried foul.
