“I don’t think I can win this battle. All odds are stacked against me, and my voice will go unheard in the melee.”
“What makes you feel less confident?”
“It is a male dominated society, and they stand in support of each other. Unlike women, who tend to find fault with me.”
“I stand with you.”
“Yeah, but ….. for how long?”
“It will not matter after sometime. Don’t let the glass screen intimidate you. It is breakable, and your vision will improve as you move ahead. The obstacles on the other side are not bigger than what you see here.”

It is so hard to constantly have to fight for what it right. It does wear a soul to nothing and erodes confidence. Nice take on the prompt.

Thanks! You captured the ‘weariness’ right – the fear of meeting stonewalls ahead of glass walls.
