I do much better with prompts. There was a challenge I normally do that asked participants to come up with their own prompt words recently. It stumped me. I do prefer have prompts. It helps stir my creativity. 😉

Tbh, the prompts have helped me to write better and see challenges in a different way.. So i would say yes to prompt and challenges..
