“That is the question, Boss. The lady is holding the small, concealed person and the man is looking down at her. There is empathy on certain faces, while a child looks back at the small figure.”
“So? Are we here to answer questions or create new ones?”
“Both. Two physically challenged kids are reported to be missing from the orphanage. One has been taken.”

I’m always intrigued by what others focus on in these sort of photos. I had to go back and look at the image once again.
