Behind a glass wall

I repeatedly dreamt of a half-formed figure calling out to me, from behind a glass wall.

I couldn’t decipher if the figure was male or female, but asked it to come out and meet me.

“Can’t you see I am not complete?”

“Let me see what constitutes you. Light, wind or solid matter….”

“Maybe all of those….., the figure chuckled. “I will light up your life when you see me, fly away when you want me to stay longer and yet, be a solid, real presence in your life.”

My wife called to tell me about her pregnancy. Enlightenment struck.
