Portals

“Who am I to forgive, if there is no right or wrong? It was the other’s life and circumstances on one side, and mine on another. The clash was incidental.”

“What am I fighting for, if there is nothing to preserve? The world will take its own course anyway, after I perish.”

“What am I planning for, if the next moment is uncertain?”

“Are you suspending action?”

“No, I have just judgement, and it has delivered me to a lovely place of Peace of Happiness.”

“The word is ‘suspended’, not forgone.”

“It is needed as a springboard, a liberating portal.”

  1. Fascinating piece, Reena. You have me thinking about being judgemental and using judgment. There’s a clear difference, indeed. I’ve never understood those that are judgemental and I guess they believe they are immune to be being judged due to their actions.
