Today, I consider myself fortunate to meet that fossil strolling around in the park. How I hated the parched skin, baked in the sun, at first sight!
She had spent her life working for animal welfare, and working in open farms. She asked for help in taking a stray dog to the vet, and I drove them. I admit having a soft corner for dogs. The association continued for some time.
Today, I am married to her beautiful daughter, and have inherited a fortune. She was a rich woman, who never spent money, on any cause other than animal welfare.
