Wonderful poem, Reena. I especially like the lines: “jig the / kaleidoscope”. It brings so many different images to mind. Thanks for joining in with the Weekend Writing Prompt. Have a great weekend π

My pleasure Reena, thank you for your poem π Ooh so a busy, busy time but busy with smiles, friendship, warmth and Love. I can think of nothing better to pleasure both heart and soul. The festival you mention…what is that a celebration of or whom is it for? π

Hey Reena,
Thank you for the reply. A celebration of all our interconnectedness as much our individual kinship with family. It is a beautiful reminder of the threads that bind us all in one way or another. I trust you have your ‘rakhi’ suitably prepared π
Have a wonderfully warm and heart-warming day.

Hey Reena,
So pleased you went for the A-Z option…you’ve done a fabulous job. Your poem is very cleverly written, very tight and focussed yet endlessly expanding like consciousness, the zillion faded Xeroxed images walking the globe.
Thank you. Very much enjoyed.
Hoping all is swell in the well of life. I’ll look forward to catching up again next Saturday π
