An arranged marriage with Sameer had brought her to this country. Her life appeared to be gray and dreary like the surroundings, and her dreams frozen like the snow. Sameer had just told her, that he was already married to a German girl, and she would have to find her way back home.
A car screeched to a halt near her, and a familiar face peeped out. RAAJESH…. he had been her classmate in medical school. Suddenly, her eyes fell on the yellow rocket-like shape on the roadside. Hope dawned again. Yes, her dreams would take off into the stratosphere.

She has met someone from her own profession. It opens up a plethora of possibilities.

What a worm her husband turned out to be! But her luck was a lot better than 99% of others in that situation. A writer can do that. 🙂

Yes. An yellow object in gray surroundings can create characters. 😀

Life might take away the white horse, but when we get lucky… it gives us a rocket. May she fly on…
