“I believe that Gen Z is not difficult to work with. Unlike us, they were born into a fast-changing world, and their perspectives are not frozen in archaic timeframes”.
“I appreciate your efforts to bond with the team and extract results, but not consistently the desired results,” Harry said with knitted eyebrows, not looking up from the charts on the computer screen.
“Consistency is a desired virtue for you, me, and the investors. But the everydayness of opportunity makes them a little laid-back. Keep fingers crossed; I expect the markets to remain rocky but respond positively in the medium term.”

Well considered change can be a good thing.

Change keeps us moving, but we long for continuity in some way. Everything else is called disruption even if it takes us ahead or to a more interesting world.
