Raised to the power of something …. gives ideas of exponential growth. It is about reaching a place beyond what we imagined possible.
The superscript gains credence with the limitations of our thought – just a character elevated to a place it was destined to be.
I look at Instagram pictures of my friends in different locations. I introspect and consider whether I’ve ever wanted to be there.
They don’t understand the life I live inside my head.
We’re destined to be different – alternately being a subscript or superscript.
