Welcome back to another adventure with words and thoughts!
PROMPT #314
Here are four cryptic sentences. You may use any one of them in your piece as a theme or verbatim.
- He knew the password, but he didn’t know what it would unlock.
- She saw the reflection of a stranger in the mirror, and it wasn’t her.
- The clock struck thirteen, and everything changed.
- She heard a voice in her head, but it wasn’t her own.
If the muse still refuses to awaken, just use the word ‘cryptic’ in your piece.
There is no restriction on the format of the piece. There is no last date either unless you wish to be featured in the Weekly Wrap.
Any post that is found to be offensive, vulgar or something that hurts common sensibilities will not be included. This needs to be a safe space.
