Taking Control ….by Carol Anne
I haven’t been very happy with my blood sugar readings lately.
They’ve been really high, and I’ve been trying my best to get them down to a more reasonable level.
So here are my list of alternatives, what I can and should do to get my blood sugar under control.
- Drink more water.
- Exercise more regularly.
- Test my blood sugar regularly.
- Change my diet and make sure I am eating the right foods.
- Eat regularly, and often.
Doing these things I am pretty sure I can make the changes necessary to see results.
