I haven’t been very happy with my blood sugar readings lately.

They’ve been really high, and I’ve been trying my best to get them down to a more reasonable level.

So here are my list of alternatives, what I can and should do to get my blood sugar under control.

  1. Drink more water.
  2. Exercise more regularly.
  3. Test my blood sugar regularly.
  4. Change my diet and make sure I am eating the right foods.
  5. Eat regularly, and often.

Doing these things I am pretty sure I can make the changes necessary to see results.
