Reena asks: to think of a situation in your life you are not happy with and write down alternatives. As is the way with the mind, it can not take instructions sometimes, so I apologize if my take on the prompt differs from that which was required. 🙏
As I sit here in the comfort of my luxurious home, much too big for just three, and at my disposal, whims and fancies all made real, oh and anything more I may require, easily within reach, for hard work and sacrifices do pay quite generously –
I start this list of alternatives to that which makes me unhappy, for an opposing list will be pretty quick to write and read, but all that I come up with… reads hollow and empty.
As goes the ways of life,
our wants exceeding
our needs constantly…
