My friend comes declaring,

( We both are over 70)
‘She’d forgiven everyone and emptied her home of all that gave it meaning.’

She plans to retire and join a meditation camp.

It has become a routine.
She does it often.
She says how peaceful and calm she feels.
Then, after a few days…
Something happens either in her life, neighborhood, or country, and her peace of mind and confidence are shattered.
She comes running, declaring war.
‘ I want to shoot all those bas…ds.’
‘Do these  mad dogs deserve to live?’
The media is ablaze with the news of some…
