Is it too much to ask for stability and a lack of toxicity around you?
Is it a sin to live life the way you like it?
Is it a crime to hold your own opinions, and not give in to pressure?
Why is one criminalized for being independent?
I wipe away scars as they never belonged to me. I tell myself repeatedly that I don’t need support to survive.
But I can’t breathe. It’s suffocating out here.
