“#MeToo movement is not over yet, and here comes the drug-peddling scandal…”
“Why does it bother you?”
“Some of us are being victimised…..”
“Are you sure you’ve never done it to others?”
The big time film director looked flustered. He is not used to this kind of a response.
“Well, it affects the manner in which I earn my bread and butter.” He softened his belligerent stance.
“It is high time you think about it. Stop snacking on drugs and girls, and plan a wholesome meal plan, where you need to work for the final taste and output.”

To snack is often to enjoy something with disregard for the consequences, so I can see the analogy.

What a powerful line — “stop snacking on drugs and girls…” and analogy for refocusing on the meal of film and not the unhealthy snacks that ruin the appetite. Great use of the prompt, Reena.

Yes. I read only what drops in my feed. Don’t go hunting around for more bytes, as each stakeholder is playing its own game.

Same here! But what drops in our feed is governed by what we consume!! One is willy nilly drawn into it.
