in volatility and calm
of death and rebirth
all is seemingly fluid
with rigidity in the resolve
of living and expression
how we capture meaning
dependent on what
intermingles with us

Words such as “fluid” and “intermingles” give your poem an organic quality. Words such as “agitation” and “rigidity” create what is I think a cosmic–or at least a human–tension. The tension is in “death and rebirth,” just as you say. You cover so much effectively with few words. I think that’s an admirable accomplishment.
