Trapped in a maze I can’t go back
Alone and wrecked with world so black
Armed with nothing at all but doubt
Crawled on land and with a clout had panic attack
The last time I had depression
And I had a lot of questions
About my future and I saw none
Like I’ve done a hit-and-run, can’t do confession
Out of my hand and without hope
Things around me I cannot cope
Drawing out things from my stash
Chattering and with a rash to the great old globe*
