Isolation

Ask him not,

The one who chooses,

Isolation,

Out of his own will,

A number of reasons he’d give,

Talk-a-phobia, serenity,

Scorn towards fellow beings,

Varied others,

Ask him,

The one who wasn’t considered,

Worthy enough by a friend to be a close confidant,

Worthy of friendship,

Worthy for a friendly outing,

Yearning,

Isolation,

Would slowly teach,

Stronger than self,

None is,

Vulnerability,

Longing,

Would only weaken thy resolve,

Pain of belonging,

He’d wisely tell.
