“Break, but don’t bend” was touted as strength in my childhood. My grandfather was seen as a strong person, and we shared a close bond.
There is a family history of osteoporosis and spinal health issues from my maternal side.
I read somewhere that people with spinal and lower back problems hold a grudge about justice not being meted out to them.
I blame my sedentary lifestyle and too many hours with devices for my occasional backache.
Yet, I cannot fix a cause for the issue. Was I born and raised with erroneous notions? Is it too late to change?

I don’t think its ever too late to change some aspects of ourselves, but it’s not easy I do know that. Thanks, Reena for sharing your thoughts this week.
