Transcending

Reena’s Exploration Challenge

The snow from the mountains,

Transcending,

The obstacles in its path,

Some providing catchments of sustenance,

And others doubling as scenic beauties of wonder,

If not for the snow shrugging its natural form,

What would the life beings on Earth do?

The carbon deposits,

Transending,

The thresholds of pain,

Some getting converted into modes of writing*,

And others converted into symbols of opulence**,

If not for the pain, where would our knowledge be recorded?

And symbols of luxury be exhibited.

The life beings,

Transcending,

The rigours of life, to be a better version of themselves,

Some adding to the colours, by being patient, empathetic, charitable,

And others by being strong, resilient, adaptable,

If not for the different hues,

Life would be devoid of spices and flavour.

The start of life,

Transcending,

Till its very end,

Is ever marked by one attribute, being constant,

The virtue of transition,
