The large scale of migration is unexpected, especially the ageing population.
Several houses have been sold, and others up for sale, at attractive prices. It is a property dealer’s paradise, and a huge gamble at the same time. My risks are covered though.
I insist that the life insurance policies they hold be charged to me, along with the house. They look forward to spend the remaining years of their life in peace, in a place away from here – away from the insane riots tearing the city apart.
I know what awaits them at the other end. I’ll be rich.

While my elder years are approaching more quickly than I want, I hope I never get to the point that I could be taken advantage of like that. I hear lots of stories on the news of how older people are swindled out of their life savings. Too trusting I guess.

Feel sad for the senile people who have to undergo this. Good take with so few a word.

Sounds like he made a smart deal – they must be desperate to leave to give up life insurance as well. Funny how Real Estate dealers always end up on the winning side!

I came across a guy selling something similar in return for life insurance policies, in social media groups. It appeared to be a fraudulent scheme.
