A large crowd is inexorably drawn to the local beach, as stories circulate about a human being buried in sand. Some say it is a yogi performing some meditation feat or gimmick. Some people speak about an act of vendetta, and lack of action from the police.
There are many others who decide to stay away, as they hear about a soul wandering on the beach, looking for revenge on the perpetrators of the crime.
