ReVerse 29th Jan’18 to 4th Feb’18

The inspiration for this Reverse came from Kat Myrman.

A shi sai or ReVerse poem is a summary poem with a single line lifted from each entry of a collection of work over a particular timeframe and re-penned in chronological order as a new poem.

inking emotions

up, close and personal

I wished for a loving wife

I see multiple dimensions

diving deep, to generate ideas

the wimpy kid leans in to

assess, explore networks

surprise springing up in expression

life mirrors minds

I am a prophet, for I write my own story

manacles bind

dissipation of concrete reality, into intangible imagery

the shadow of the building gets bigger

the bell that chimes echoes my screams

eclipses are not new to the world

a chemical high blurring off the real world

watch the scene that troubles you on that television set

I laugh at the mirror and it laughs back at me

astute observations, flying around

the Maharaja had to marry several times

it takes strength to sing

and fly across the blue sky

the poachers had set their foot on  hallowed space
