I feel real as it is the only reality I know. A wild theory suggests that we are living in a simulation. Will that change the manner in which we act or react? If we are indeed there, the simulation is a reality for the participants, and an experience for a viewer.
A coach tells me that there are hidden layers within myself, and offers to help in revealing those. I would love to explore myself, as my self is the object of highest interest for me in the universe. I retain the power to keep what I like, and discard what I don’t.
Now emerges a new reality which is neither the known or unknown layer. It is a collage, a combination of all that I know and choose.
